We have a fantastic opportunity for a ServiceNow Designer to join a great organisation on a long running programme of work.

Key Responsibilities:

*?Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow tool platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.

*?Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilising the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.

*?Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues.

*?Consults with Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in ServiceNow.

*?Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager.

*?Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes.

*?Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Skills & Experience:

*?Good experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow ITSM solution.

*?At least one project experience of ServiceNow's Contract, Vendor management, Cost transparency and Financial Management applications.

*?Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS.

*?Understand full application lifecycle

*?ITIL/ServiceNow certified

*?Past work experience with industry leading providers of ITSM tools.
