UX Designer

Western France

Salary dependent on experience

Based in the West of France, our client is an award winning globally recognised technology leader, with a current user audience of more than 250 million people worldwide. As a well established technology business of over 15 years, our client services mobile, automotive, education and enterprise sectors with offices in Japan, USA, Paris and South Korea.

They now require a successful UX Designer with a passion for improving user interfaces and user experience on digital devices within a highly innovative environment.

The main objective will be to contribute via research-based design (working with UX Research), using wireframes and mock-ups etc, incorporating a variety of solutions.

Key requirements:

3+ years of experience with UX design

Excellent portfolio with samples of work that showcase experience

Familiarity with style guides, design thinking, typography, colour theory, content strategy, information architecture, interaction design and UI specifications

Knowledge of interface design standards, patterns and best practices

Promote user-centered design principles and standards within project to wider product teams

Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented as planned

Significant experience in web and/or software publishing

Good exposure with applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch

Fluent in English. International experience would be a plus, French desirable, not essential.
