Visual Designer

12 months contract

Neg EUR daily rate

A large multinational is currently looking for an experienced Visual Designer to join their team based in Dublin South. This is a 12 months contract with a negotiable daily rate with a chance to be part of a world class team. Some international travel on occasion is required in this role.

Role:

* Work with a team of designers and stakeholders to create a cohesive and compelling visual language across diverse form factors

* Create patterns to add to company's visual language, design palette and library, leveraging our brand standards and expanding on them

* Collaborate with strategists, UX designers & product teams to create pixel perfect prototypes and products.

Skills required:

* Bachelors or Masters in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, MultiMedia or equivalent

* Prior experience in a design team with similar responsibilities

* Exceptional design skills and a passion for creating compelling, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces

* Practice Design Thinking and have worked on projects which were driven by Design Thinking methodologies.

* Passionate about the detail of great usability

* Experience creating and working from customer personas, journey maps, storyboards, and wireframes

* Experience designing for mobile

* Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, In Vision and Axure

* Experience in Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc) a plus but not required.
