IT Risk & Assurance Consultant - Dublin

IT Risk & Assurance Consultant

As a IT Risk & Assurance Consultant you will be responsible for the following:

Maintaining both externally and internally recognised technical expertise in the following areas:

Service Organisation Controls Reporting (SOCR)

Internal IT Audit

General IT Risk and Controls

Business Process Risk and Controls

External IT Audit (Financial Audit IT Support

Effectively manage client facing delivery teams, leading and coaching more junior members engaged in assignment delivery

Execution and delivery of client engagements

Manage client relationships with senior executive or management team, ensuring feedback is obtained and reacted to

Ensuring that risk management procedures and quality standards are observed throughout assignment delivery

Fostering and developing strong networks (local, area, global) with key service line champions in the global firm

The ideal candidate:

* 3 years of experience in external and/or internal IT audit

*Strong execution and delivery mind-set

*Strong written and verbal communication skills

*Good attention to detail

*Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

*Ability to prioritise conflicting demands and work well under pressure

Desirable:

*Knowledge of risk related frameworks and standards (e.g. COSO, COBIT, ITIL V3, , ISO 27001, ISAE and SSAE SOC reporting standards)

*CISA/CISSP/CISM qualification
