TEST ANALYST & SENIOR TEST ANALYST - 7 Positions available!

TESTING, TESTERS, TEST ANALYSTS, SENIOR TEST ANALYSTS - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN BANKING / TREASURY / FINANCIAL SERVICES

Test Analyst (s) are required for an exciting project in Glasgow! The successful applicants will support the UAT team in the Treasury Management System. Experienced Test Analysts are required that have Financial Domain / banking / Treasury knowledge and who have experience in Testing activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Test Analyst (s) will provide Quality Engineering and Assurance services to business domains for a banking client. The aim is to provide best in class UAT Support to help clients deliver quality product/processes for their customers.

* Create UAT Test artefacts in line with an agreed Test Strategy, writing Test scripts and maintaining Test traceability

* Create Test completion reports of the previous test phase and recommend the change for the Business scope merge

* Execution of UAT test scenarios and Identifying defects and working with the project/ feature team to provide fixes preventing defect leakage. Helping to capture lessons learnt to prevent similar issues in the future

* Prepare and submit reports on work progress on a regular basis

* Participate in First Occurrence Validation / Live Proving for the Business Release

* Help in improving Test process and Identify opportunities for Test automation and accomplish the same with team's help.

* Participate in cross training the team of the changes handled by you

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

* Demonstrates exceptionally good knowledge and experience in Banking or Treasury Domain

* Excellent stakeholder management skills

* Ability to work on multiple projects

* Experience & Knowledge of Testing activities:

Test Strategy and Planning

Test Estimation

Managing teams

Test Reporting

Defect Triaging and Tracking to closure

Industry standard test tools used for Test Management and Defect tracking

* Ability to communicate risks and issues effectively
