Digital Business Analyst required for a great position in West London working for a market leading organisationThere has never been a more exciting time to join our client as a Digital Business Analyst. You will play a key role in defining business requirements for change initiatives as prioritised by the clients IT governance process, working closely with business stakeholders to articulate requirements into logical, practical & functional project documentation, in accordance with the ITDF.You will undertake business analysis & facilitate the delivery of business benefit through the development of effective IT solutions, working with internal IT Teams, contractors or 3rd party providers as appropriate.You will provide Business analysis skills which may include any or all of the following; qualitative & quantitative analysis, formulating initiatives, defining requirements, process design/improvement, test support and BAU transition.On a day to day basis you will be expected to: '€¢Undertake end to end business change impact assessments covering IT/business processes/application landscape in conjunction with relevant stake holders - Business, IT and Operations.'€¢To help stakeholders prepare business cases, identifying & validating business benefit to be put forward for the governance process.'€¢Manage the business requirements through the entire project lifecycle.'€¢Proactively building, grow & strengthen business & IT relationships, developing the trust of both internal & external customers.'€¢Support test activities by reviewing test plans/scripts & defect resolution (when required).'€¢To work closely with the Project Manager to deliver the project according to the time, cost & quality parameters that have been set & according to the project standards by reporting progress including any (potential) slippage, issues & risks Skills and Experience needed:A working knowledge of the some of the following technologies / methodologies '€¢Digital Methodologies / Technologies '€¢Storyboarding and Wireframing'€¢Customer Journey Mapping / Design'€¢Process Mapping and Functional Design'€¢Digital User Experience'€¢Website design'€¢Multi - channel'€¢Online Payments'€¢Web Analytics'€¢IBM Websphere Commerce'€¢Knowledge of Agile methodology in delivery of digital projects.'€¢Experience of using JIRA for requirements management and workflow across the life cycle of the project.'€¢Case tools e.g. Enterprise Architect / Troux / Aris'€¢MS office suite'€¢Excellent engagement and communication skills (verbal and written)'€¢Well-developed analytical thinking & problem solving skills.'€¢Proven experience of building strong & effective relationships with teams, stakeholders, customers & partners at all levels Benefits includePension Contribution, Healthcare, Life Assurance, 25 Days Holiday, Local Discounts and many moreDue to the volume of applications received for positions it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.Proactive Appointments Limited operates as an employment agency and employment business and is an equal opportunities organisation.Due to the volume of applications received for positions it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
