£22,000 - £27,000 + Training + Pension + Life Assurance Scheme + 25 days Holidays + Bank Holidays

An excellent opportunity available with extensive training to become a software engineer with the chance to increase responsibility.

Are you a graduate with n software, computer science or IT degree? Do you have an understanding of C/C ++ for windows and embedded products? Have you held a British Passport for a minimum of 5 years?

This well-established company design and manufacture monitoring equipment within a number of markets including maritime, environmental, defence and homeland. In order to continue their success and maintain their stable growth, they are now looking to recruit and train a Graduate Software Engineer.

After initial training you will be involved in the firmware and software generation and maintenance from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring it is fully tested and documented. You will also be involved in testing, verification and validation, providing support to electronic engineers alongside maintenance and enhancement of existing software.

This is the ideal role for a recent graduate from a relevant discipline background to develop into a software engineer and become recognised as a technical expert.

The Role:

*Software Engineer

*Firmware and Software generation

*C/C ++ for embedded products

*Support Production through to manufacture

*Working 8am-4pm/8:30-4:30 Mon-Friday

The Person:

*Software, IT, Computer Science or Hardware Degree

*Analogue and PCB design experience

*Problem solving skills

*Motivated and Keen to develop skills
