The Role:

There is now a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the team in Huddersfield as a PHP/Magento Developer, focusing primarily on the continuous development of global and multi-lingual e-commerce websites. The role will involve:

* Growing client e-commerce websites as one of our development leads. This will involve driving the development of both new and existing features - from both a planning and build perspective.

* Working with the rest of the development team on both new and existing projects of varying scale and complexity across various platforms.

* Supporting the wider team.

Skill Set:

* Proven software development experience in PHP, object-oriented programming and MVC frameworks.

* Development for Magento (from a frontend, backend and module development capacity)

* Experience working with other open source platforms such as WordPress

* Strong understanding of Git-based source control

* In-depth understanding of modern front-end development practices and responsive design

* Excellent self-management practices with a meticulous attention to detail

* Appreciation of UX, industry best practices, and accessibility
