Senior Dynamics CRM Business Analyst - Cape Town

I am currently assisting a leading Microsoft Gold Partner in Cape Town in their recruitment of a senior Dynamics CRM Business Analyst.

Due to the nature of this up and coming project, Dynamics CRM implementation experience within the hospitality industry is essential for this position

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing the functional and non-functional IT requirements of one of my clients key customers.

The candidate will be required to work directly with senior Business and IT Managers in order to establish a clear definition of scope on their designated long term project.

I would be interested in speaking to candidates with the following skill sets and attributes:

- 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- Experience performing the role of a Business Analyst within a Dynamics CRM implementation

- Experience in implementing Dynamics CRM within the hospitality sector (hotels / casinos)

- Demonstrable knowledge of Project Management skills
