Business analyst / Business Systems Analyst // Agile /Leominster / £45000

My client based in Leominster is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This is a newly created role that will see you analysing how the current software, system and processes fit the business needs.

You will be responsible for:

Reviewing, analysing and documenting organisation systems as well as identifying systems and process problems .

Translating business requirements into functional specifications as well collaborating in the production of design documentation.

Mapping and documenting interfaces between the legacy and new systems and documenting DB schemas and data structures and structuring business process models

Making sure that non functional requirements are considered at all times as well as liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

To be success in this role you should have:

A strong technical and analytical skill set and experience in process improvement, six sigma, lean processing experience.

Experience in Agile ways of working as experience in at least one of the following :

eCommerce, OMS, CRM/CMS or Logistics, Datawarehousing and/ or Security (Big Data, GDPR), Jira , Cloud experience.

You should have excellent stake holder management skills as well as excellent business acumen!
