Business Analyst Technical Requirements

Required Skills:
Strong and in-depth knowledge of: - i) the Personal Independence Payment benefit application process, eligibility rules and criteria, award amounts, decision making process and considerations ii) existing business processes and technology used to manage and administer the PIP benefit from application through to decision making and all post-decision making activities iii) existing arrangements assessment providers with an ability to shape and influence iv) agile delivery methods, business processes mapping, analysis and engineering, user experience research and design.
