We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Support EngineerS (1st / 2nd Line) to join our established, reputable financial services organisation based in Southgate, North London.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (1st / 2nd Line) with strong demonstrable experience within a technical support / 1st / 2nd line role including hardware/desktop or software ideally within a financial services environment. You will boast excellent customer service skills, experience in taking high volumes of calls professionally, dealing with time-critical issues efficiently as well as being enthusiastic about expanding your technical knowledge. You will also have relevant certifications including MCSA!

**Please note** - The Service Desk Covers the hours of between 7am - 10pm, therefore as the Service Desk Analyst your shifts will be made up of both Early's, Day's and Late shifts therefore all candidates need to be fully flexible to cover these hours!

Technical Support Engineer (1st / 2nd Line Support, MCSA) - Key Responsibilities / Skills Required

* Good experience within a similar role support both 1st / 2nd line issues

* Good experience in resolving critical technical issues (hardware/desktop or software)

* Must have MCSA Certification

* CCNA / CCNP Certification (desirable although not beneficial)

* Flexibility as regards working hours - this role will include early and late shifts.

* Outstanding customer service skills, with a passion for technology.

* Experience of working within Financial Services beneficial!

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + 15% shift pattern + Benefits + Bonus
