BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER IT (Testing) - BELGIUM (BRUSSELS) - FREELANCE (12 MONTHS +)

My client, based in the centre of Brussels, are looking for an experienced Business Support manager to manage the rollout, migration and documentation of their networks during this long term project.

Required

* Background in testing

* Experience operating in an Agile environment

* An analytical outlook and solution orientated

* Well organized and liaise well with colleagues and customers

* You communicate well with end users and pass on information to other IT experts you work with

* Knowledge of automated systems

* Good experience with the following technologies: SQL, Jira, Sharepoint

* Knowledge of UML, SSRS, SSIS, ITIL

* You have a diploma level qualification in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor or equivalent

* English AND French AND Dutch speaking

* Well organized and liaise well with colleagues and customers

Responsibilities

* Working as an expert analyst with business initiators

* Advise users, process managers and colleagues and decide on internal/external development activity

* Join in test activity, organizing user testing and follow-up of bugs

* Involved in analysis and solution for production bugs

* You give the verdict on production leases based on user test results and associated risks

* LOCATION: Brussels (1-2 days remote available per week)

* DURATION: 12 Months+

* START DATE: ASAP
