An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on, multi-skilled, experienced Front End Web Developer to join an expanding company & industry leading B2B beauty brand. Our mission is to be the Ultimate Lash Brand paving the way in an ever-growing industry of lash training, treatments & products.

The core elements & purpose of the role will be to own all front-end development on NouveauLashes.com’s Front-End Development from design to functionality, UX (user experience) & troubleshooting performance.

This will include working with Creative to design responsive web pages, help develop first class user experience within Digital Team strategy, deliver pixel perfect front-end work, help & sup-port Marketing in providing responsive templates for their communications & work as part of development team with IT to troubleshoot, support & advise from a front-end angle.

A Front-End Developer is the much needed cog between Full Stack development & our Creative team. This role is pivotal in supporting Nouveau Lashes to provide error free web pages & tem-plates to ensure our brand visibility is never compromised & always maximised.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development of Nouveau Lashes Website

                                                  Use the latest front-end languages to turn designs into pixel perfect web pages including working on CRM & Ecommerce platforms & themes

                                                  Work alongside Creative Team to inform & help create responsive page designs, trans-forming flat PSD designs into engaging stages of the end users journey

                                                  Create templates & support marketing department with responsive designs for digital marketing including webforms, landing pages & e-marketing

                                                  Help develop user experience within the Digital Team strategy

Management of Overall Front-End Processes for Nouveau Lashes

                                                  Work alongside Ful Stack Developer & IT Team to provide a flawless uptime record

                                                  Join the Digital Team as part of agile / scrum based project plans to ensure the Digital Team strategy is planned & executed effectively

                                                  Integrate, track, report on & maintain links to user engagement software such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console & other user experience programs

                                                  Troubleshoot, solve bugs & work as a team to resolve any issues quickly & efficiently with minimal effect to the business

                                                   Advise other departments on how to optimise performance from a front-end capacity & how they could maximise from digital transformation strategy

Ideal Candidate - You will have:

                                                  Experience in a Front-End Development role, ideally from a digital agency bias

                                                  Expert skills needed in HTML5 & CSS3

                                                  Proficiency in JQuery

                                                  Adept in creating templates / themes within CMS & for ecommerce (Magento / Shopify is an advantage)

                                                  Proficiency GIT, Jira or other major deployment processes

                                                  Experience with PHP, Javascript & SASS / Less is a benefit

                                                  Proven ability to work within Agile/Scrum based project environments

                                                  Proven ability to understand, implement, track, report & troubleshoot user engagement

                                                  Happy to work within a fast paced, multi-skilled, learning environment

                                                  Degree in design, multimedia or development is an advantage

Given the nature of this role is to innovate, create, develop, maintain & report on the performance of all things front end from the website itself to responsive templates within our digital channels & e-marketing; it is important that the successful candidate is familiar with the latest front end skills & creative ideas to make Nouveau Lashes pioneer digitally, both visually & for performance.
