2nd Line Technical Support for IT Support Services business

The Role

As 2nd Line IT Technical Support ( Cisco / Windows ) you will work as part of a small friendly team, undertaking interesting and challenging work, providing support / undertaking project work for customers, and assisting with implementations, technical problems etc.

The role will grow in line with your experience and ability, with more responsibilities and training on offer to the right candidate with the right attitude / aptitude. This is a hands on role, in a hands on company, with the full range of customer project work available including server installation, PCs and printers, telephone, site implementation and troubleshooting, customer queries etc.

The Company

Our Clevedon based client has been providing Specialist IT Support and IT Services to businesses in Bristol and throughout the UK since 1999. An experienced team with a loyal customer base, their expertise includes IT advice, project implementation, IT support and IT services. They provide fully managed IT support services, specialising in network configuration including CISCO network routers. As a Microsoft Silver Cloud Productivity Partner, they are supporting businesses with Cloud-based installations at an increasing rate.

The Person

As 2nd Line IT Support, you will have some experience of IT networks / support software / hardware (e.g. Linux, Windows Server, Microsoft Cloud etc.) and/or a relevant qualification. Knowledge of Cisco IOS and products would be useful although training towards your CCNA will be provided. You must have strong communication skills and work well as part of a team.
