A Top Tier Investment Bank are recruiting for a Business Analyst to focus on business and technology led change to their Salesforce CRM platform on a rolling contract basis based in their Glasgow Office.
The Salesforce Business Analyst will need the following experience:
* Demonstrable experience in a Business Analyst role with strong evidence of both business and technology change delivery
* Experience in business and systems analysis for Salesforce CRM applications Experience of working in an agile project team and documenting requirements using User Stories
* Strong evidence of stakeholder management at all levels
* Strong evidence of analysis techniques covering all phases of the project life-cycle, both Agile and Waterfall
* Experience in data migration and/or data integration projects for Salesforce Agile Business Analysis training or qualifications
* Degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline
* Experience in Financial Services
* Experience of delivering change in a Client Servicing and/or Service Centre environment
