Desktop Infrastructure Analyst/3rd Line Support - Birmingham
My client are a seeking an expert Infrastructure Analyst to help manage their global environment including operating systems managing their concurrent projects as well as BAU
They need someone who can provide excellent 3rd line technical support to all of their users and 3rd parties, someone who can ensure that all Service Desk calls and emails are dealt with accordingly, efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Deploying applications to the global environment (includes Citrix as well as physical desktops/laptops)
* Supporting Global Citrix infrastructure - deploying servers, maintaining apps and infrastructure, working with vendors to resolving issues
* To provide third line technical support to all staff
* To work with the management team in improving systems and user relations.
* Working in alignment with the ITIL framework
