A thriving organisation are looking for a Digital Platform Manager of a Product and Application Knowledge Platform to join their team in West Sussex. If you have the ability to keep up with relevant technology departments in the innovation space, then you could be the Digital Platform Manager that we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Digital Platform Manager, you'll lead innovation lab activities for the platform, display initiative to ensure that you're aware of digital service trends as well as other market segments and business domains. You'll display strong leadership skills when organising demos, seminars and vendor led inspiration sessions. In addition to this, your skills will be utilised when defining and maintaining the digital platform roadmap.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Strong experience of technology selection (technology components and/or complete 3rd party platforms) and architecture / specification advisory

* Solid project planning capabilities

* Specific experience of being responsible for the specification and direction of a significant discrete software solution or product over a period of time, including defining a function roadmap - i.e. a Product Owner

* Must have agile / scrum exposure, preferably in a continuous delivery / devops environment : code development > Test > deployment

Experience of having delivered significant initiatives relating to deployment of IT / digital related technologies - preferably in complex knowledge and information applications and databases.

Knowledge of the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, text mining, semantics and ontologies, and technologies such as OWL, SPARQL, RDF etc. as a way of proceduralising Knowledge Management would be a plus.
