Experis IT are currently recruiting for a Test Manager to join one of their leading clients in Warwickshire on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have had experience with setting test strategy and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Overview: My client is a UK leader in it's chosen sector

Responsibilities:

- Working in collaboration with external stakeholders to agree/deliver end to end test strategy

- Establish, implement and continuously improve software testing standards and processes

Experience

- You will have had experience of reviewing various test strategies and deciding a clear test strategy to follow through with

- Excellent organisation, communication and analytical skills

- Leading a team to a clear and defined test strategy.

The ideal candidate will also have financial services/consultancy experience.
