This is an exciting time to work in the Information Systems for our client as they move forward with a digital transformation and look to provide customers with information they need.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Business Analyst to join the Website Development Team. The successful applicant will take the lead on critically reviewing current websites, data sources and systems, identifying potential integration opportunities and developing business requirements to ensure that technological solutions are aligned to customer, business, and stakeholder needs.

What we're looking for

The successful candidate will have significant demonstrable experience of agile software development principles, including Kanban and Scrum, as well as experience of working with multiple stakeholders across different business areas and identifying opportunities for integration. The ability to challenge the status quo is essential, as is being able to effectively prioritise and justify critical areas for development.

You should be able to demonstrate collaborative working with stakeholders, bringing together different views, and develop options for future operating systems. Experience of developing user requirements is essential, along with an understanding of computing fundamentals and a strong background in process mapping. Knowledge and experience of website redevelopment projects is a core requirement. The role will require writing effective user stories, working closely with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood / interpreted as well as working with the Project Manager and Product Owner on the overall scope and providing clarity of MVP, MMP, and BAU backlog items.
