We are looking for a Business Analyst (Retail IT Marketing), for a prestigious retailer based in London.

The ideal Business Analyst (Retail IT Marketing) will have extensive experience with retail IT marketing. You will need to have knowledge of enterprise marketing technology and if you know Exact Target or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, this will be an advantage.

Skills

* Of running project definition workshops and resolving complex scoping issues and stakeholder conflicts;

* Experience in IT Marketing for a retail company

* Previous experience delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud [Exact Target] or other enterprise marketing technology essential

* Relevant similar experience in the Retail industry

* Excellent business analysis and communication skills.

* Excellent written skills with the ability to produce specifications including data requirements, business process flows, user interface changes, use cases and 3rd party package specifications.

* Ability to perform estimation for BA related tasks.

* Ability to eloquently present findings to senior stakeholders.

* Experience of tendering with third party software suppliers.
