A new role for a Senior Business Analyst with SAP and BI skills has arisen within a world-renowned digital publishing group who are expanding extensively. The Senior Business Analyst will be a key player in the improvement of business and system processes across the entire business, whilst working closely with a range of teams, stakeholders and suppliers.

Utilizing your experience with SAP, BI (Business Intelligence tools) and CRM, you will work within a project context across the full SDLC utilizing both waterfall and Agile methods.

Skills and experience needed for the Senior Business Analyst (SAP, BI):

* Strong business analysis experience with a focus on system process and CRM improvements, specifically using SAP and BI tools is essential

* Any knowledge of customer engagement solutions, advertising and publishing processes would be highly preferred

* Global project experience, ideally within a multi-national matrix organization

* Experience of using both Agile and waterfall to deliver projects

* A formal certification in business analysis

* Excellent Stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills

* Extensive experience of working with product vendors, technical and non-technical teams internally, and global stakeholders covering a variety of business areas

Salary: £60 000 - £70 000 + benefits
