ICT Knowledge Analyst

Central London - DV Clearance - 6 to 12+ Months Contract

Role Profile

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented ICT Knowledge Analyst to join a progressive team in Central London.

Reporting to the Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of tasks involved in the Knowledge Management process.

You will be required to assist your Knowledge Manager to establish a professional Knowledge Management process, which will effectively underpin Service Operations and Service Management functions.

Please note the team will also report into the same member of staff as the ICT Service Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day supporting tasks; contributing, reviewing, publishing and retiring knowledge articles.

* Working alongside process and support teams to capture and baseline knowledge base requirements.

* Quality assurance of knowledge base content.

* Producing and editing knowledge base articles.

* Knowledge base CSI activities.

* MI reporting and statistics work to assist management in decision making and planning.

* Delivery of training to key stakeholders including project delivery teams, end users and Service Operations team on Knowledge Management tasks.

Candidate Profile

To be considered we require you to possess the following skills and can demonstrate working experience of these areas within your CV:

Essential:

* IT Service Desk experience.

* Producing Knowledge Manager processes and articles.

* Producing and maintaining support documentation.

* Implementing process improvements or CSI initiatives.

* ITSM lifecycle knowledge and experience.

Desirable:

* Project management experience.

* Experience with HP Service Manager 9.

* ITIL qualifications; Foundation and Service Operation Practitioner.

Location: Central London

Duration: 6 - 12 Months Contract with the option for further contract renewals

Daily Rate: Highly Competitive (dependent on level of experience)
