Digital Architect

Experis is currently exclusively working with one of the world's leading consultancies who are in need of a Digital Architect to engage with their client to innovate and design new digital experiences.

As a Digital Architect within this business you will get exposure to working with a number of different clients with a number of different industries including Financial services, retail, healthcare to name a few.

The role:

* Work directly with clients to shape their futures and drive digital disruption & Transformation

* Work with teams across the full lifecycle, using agile methodologies

* Trusted technical advisor for the client on all projects

* Create client transformation roadmaps and expand them into a full at scale capability to transform

* Translate client requirements into technical solutions with a very strong appreciation for User Experience

* Lead proposal efforts in new business activities, working with internal solution team to ensure high quality solution proposals are produced

* Lead teams throughout the full project lifecycle, starting at the bid and through to the release

* Collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams (design, strategy, engineering, data science and product management) to conceive and produce new experiences, products and services

* Bring platform and technology limitations to light and work creatively to circumvent them with alternate possibilities.

* Build experiences for emerging technologies (AI/VR), IoT, and data/analytics driven services and navigate areas of service integration with 3rd party providers.

* Research, learn and employ new tools and technologies.

Experience needed

* Strong technical and solution thinking skills with ability to translate technical solution keeping User experience at heart of everything

* Experience in modern development and runtime environments

* Design and delivery experience of different scales of digital technical architectures

* Extensive hands-on technology experience working on digital transformation projects in an architectural or development role

* Experience across full stack of technology layers including front-end, database, web services, web protocols, networking, security, interfaces, performance tuning and application development

* Strong experience in one of the following areas: eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Mobile, Front End Technologies, Mobile technology

* Ability to communicate design concepts to deeply technical development teams as well as non-technical staff up to CxO level

* Deep knowledge of modern design patterns

* Technical skills and knowledge of platforms and technologies

* Strong client facing/ Consulting experience is highly desirable

* Good understanding of Mobile Native, Hybrid and Cross SDKs

* Strong expertise in modern front-end tooling (eg. HTML5, CSS3, Sass, JavaScript, Gulp/Grunt, NodeJS, etc).

* Experience in building Single Page Applications making appropriate use of frameworks (eg. AngularJS, Ember.js, ReactJS, or similar).

* Experience with responsive design, guiding team on appropriate use of frameworks (eg. Bootstrap, Foundation, Basscss, or similar).
