Business Analyst/Project ManagerOur market leading client, who have been through genuine growth in recent years is looking for a hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager to join their tight-knit team, based in Ashby de la Zouch on a permanent basis. The hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager will be familiar with business change needs, capturing, analysing and documenting requirements, as well as experience of small to medium IT and business transformation projects.Business Analyst/Project Manager - Key Skills:

'€¢3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with some Project Manager Responsibility'€¢Experience of small to medium IT and Business Transformation projects, with the ambition to take on a larger project'€¢Strong skills in creating functional specs and documenting business requirements, business processes and flow diagrams using recognised methods and some understanding PM processes and principles'€¢Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills'€¢Strong Analytical background '€¢Knowledge of front to back office workflow within travel and leisure industry'€¢Experience of UAT and working in project teams within fast moving organisations'€¢Understanding of the full SDLC and/or IT Production environment'€¢Strong technical background'€¢Knowledge of recognised PM methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
