IT Support Analyst

Required by a super organisation based in Brentwood. Joining a team of 5, you will be providing day to day IT support to all staff within the company.

This is a true 1st line role where you will be working on a number of 1st line support requests and dealing with installations and upgrades.

You will need -

·A minimum of 6 months' experience as an IT Support Analyst within a mutli-site office

·Experience of Active Directory, Windows 7/8 and MS Office 2010

·Thorough knowledge of PC hardware, laptops and printers

·Hands on experience of desktop and laptop imaging, config and re-imaging

·Experience of organisation wide rollouts
