A leading technology developer urgently seeks a Security Engineer to work on open source projects.
You will be responsible for maintaining an Open Source strategy for the Security Domain. This will involve you in the complete software development lifecycle keying on security issues around penetration testing, browser exploitation, security auditing, big data security analytics and authentication. You will also be responsible for working with the Open Source community specifically in the security domain.
You will have a good technical degree preferably also holding CISSP certification. You will have worked closely with the open source community specifically within software security based projects. You will possess a high degree in self motivation and be happy both working alone and in small very motivate teams. Any exposure to open source development tools like git, build systems and collaboration would be a benefit.
