2 x C++Software Engineers

An established manufacturing company are seeking 2 x C++ Software Engineers to join their team in Stockport on an initial 3- month contract that is likely to extend, paying up to £325 pd. If you have previous experience working as a C++, software engineer or a C# developer with good C++ experience, then you may be the Engineer we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a C++ Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for working on all aspects of the software life cycle from design through to implementation. You'll have the ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate both analytical and communication skills when working collaboratively as part of a team. You'll be comfortable working in a regulated environment and writing test harnesses, as well as developing programs to validate software libraries.

Initially, you'll be working on a 3-4 month contract, with the opportunity of extension with this great company.

What skills/experience should you have?

* C++, software engineering or C# developer experience with a background in commercial product development

* Javascript experience (Angular or Node preferred)

* Ability to write test harnesses, prototyping, documentation

It would be desirable if you have any experience with:

* Experience of developing control software and experience with an RTOS Experience

* Developing software for analytical instrumentation

* Commercial JIRA experience would be desired
