A leading name in their industry are currently looking to grow their Service Desk team with a Service Desk Analyst who will provide 1st / 2nd line support to their thousands of users across the UK and parts of Europe.
In this role, you will be required to be the initial point of contact for technical issues and will require a good knowledge of Windows 7 & 8, 10, Active Directory, Citrix (desirable), Office 2013 experience remote support and other hardware like printers.
Key Skills for Service Desk Analyst:

* Microsoft Office
* Printer Support
* Basic ITIL knowledge
Desirable:
* Blackberry Support
* Apple Support
Experience working in a large user base environment would be an advantage but is not essential. On top of the above skills and experience you will also need to possess excellent communication skills.
