Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support Analyst - London - 3 Month Initial Contract - £150 - £220 per day

My leading client is looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Support analyst to provide 2nd and 3rd line support on a Dynamics 365 upgrade project. The successful candidate will be providing support and maintenance to all the systems and infrastructure for the company. You will also be required on occasion to travel to client site.

Skills/Requirements:

* Writing SQL queries

* Second and third Line Support experience

* Experience with MS Dynamics CRM (preferably 2016 online or Dynamics 365)

* SSRS/SSIS

* Similar experience with CRM on recent projects

* Supporting applications using Java, .NET, ASP and SilverLight

* Web services and API interaction

* Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite

* Basic technical consultancy and troubleshooting, including; data analysis, data integrity checking, and system performance analysis.

* Recent experience using Microsoft SQL Server (2008 and later), and Transact-SQL (T-SQL). The successful candidate will proficient in T-SQL, with demonstrable ability to write complex queries using joins, aggregate functions, etc.

The contract is on a 3 Month initial basis with a possibility of extension thereafter.
