Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a Lead Business Analyst to work with one of our expanding clients in the West Midlands on a 6 month initial contract with long term potential. This is an exciting role, working on a motor finance product launch, so would be perfect for a BA with a background in motor financing, looking for a new challenge.

This will be 6 months initially with a pay rate of £450-550 per day.

Our client is currently expanding rapidly and are looking to add to their forward thinking team, with a goal to launch a motor financing product into the UK market. They are looking to add a talented Business Analyst to their team, to work with internal stakeholders as well as IT suppliers, to gather requirements and manage their expectations throughout the project, whilst focusing to deliver the product in 2018. Our client is looking for a self starter, who is able to take a lead within the project and communicate effectively with key figures in the business and influence at senior stakeholder level.

Essential Skills:

·Excellent history in Business Analysis, with a background in motor financing

·Experience of working on digital projects and software / system developments

·Excellent across all core BA functions

·Ability to take a lead, mentoring a junior BA as well

·Experience in facilitating workshops and requirements gathering through various methods, also interacting regularly with end users and stakeholders

·ISEB / Prince 2 qualified
