Digital Business Analyst

Central London

£60,000 - £65,000 + Package

My global client is looking for a digital business analyst, who has exceptional knowledge of the Agile Development cycle, Scrum and Product Management to join the delivery team to identify, define, document, and present high quality business scope / requirements to suit the needs of upcoming products and projects.

Responsibilities

* Working on web, mobile and other new technologies, completing detailed analysis and capturing requirements as needed by the delivery team.

* Act as the interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

* Responsible contributing to agile planning, including sizing stories, parsing user stories into tasks etc.

* Ability to capture detailed requirements and maintain traceability throughout all phases of a project.

* Assess recommended technology solutions against business requirements.

* Ability to run workshops and engage with stakeholders at different levels of seniority to support project deliverables.

* Working with colleagues from other agile teams and shared service teams to both communicate and manage dependencies.

* Ensuring continued improvements through conducting regular retrospective reviews.

* Performing the role of Scrum Master for the agile team if required to do so.

Essential skills

* Business analysis experience using agile and waterfall techniques.

* Proven experience as a digital BA in online high volume business.

* Very strong experience delivering software using Agile.

* Demonstrating experience in taking full responsibility for business analysis domain on successful digital projects.

* Experienced working with technical teams and Developers.

* Great communication skills, able to translate technical terminology to business stakeholders.

* Ability to demonstrate a focused and clear thinking process.
