Business Analyst - Contract - 3 months (initially) - Dorset - Higher Education. My client, a leading University, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for an initial 3 month contract, (which is likely to extend). There are a number of projects the client would like you to work on - including a CRM implementation project; an on-line distance learning project. Any experience of working in the Higher Education sector is highly desirable. The client is looking for someone with strong and confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver workshops. Essential: Strong general IT background; Sound knowledge of process review, business analysis and system development methodologies typically gained over a number of years; Extensive experience of business analysis on high value, high profile and auditable system projects; Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills; Good organisational skills including personal workload management. You must have the ability to work with people at all levels including admin staff and academics for gathering the requirements and the benefits (including measures of success). The client is looking for an experienced BA that has come from a IT technical background and has proven experience of working with IT systems, (ideally online learning systems). This contract is likely to extend past the initial duration
