2 Proposition managers are needed to join this highly dynamic propositions team at a leading financial services company based in Edinburgh.

This team are responsible for the management of all legacy pensions and investment products sold by the group. The project team was set up to review the FCA response after a thematic review into long standing customers and changes/reviews of products sold to them.

The client you will be working for put the customer at the heart of everything they do and as such this programme is all about looking at the customers' needs to ensure the continued good treatment of the customers.

There are a number of work streams within the programme that you would have exposure to, however these roles are to concentrate on the Communication work stream, which is a complete review of the new annual benefits statements.

What will you be doing?

As a Proposition Manager in the communications work stream, the role is to provide actuarial input in support of development of the new annual benefits statement for longstanding/legacy pensions and investments products. You will be looking at the customers need (through past customer research for their annual statements), define requirements and designing of new annual benefits statements to customer, understanding of the products, specifically life and pensions products (old legacy investment products and bonds endowments.)

Who are you and what skills do you have?

* 3 years+ strong experience within Pensions and Investments products - Extensive pensions product knowledge to understand from a customer perspective

* You will be passionate about customer experience and how communications strategy is key to making sure the customers get what they need and understand it

* Strong experience and understanding of customer propositions and customer benefits to communicate across the business to change and review current products

* Experience of gathering information and taking it all and turning into insight and recommendations

* Experience of defining requirements and designs for each type of customer communication for their annual statement

* Experience of data analysis - deep dives of existing customer communications such as annual statement

The role is initially signed off for a 6-month period; however, this project will be going on until the end of 2018 earliest, so extension is likely.
