Job Title: Programme Manager - Supply Chain
Daily Rate: Up to £590
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Bradford
The Role
We are currently looking for an experience Programme Manager specialising in Supply Chain and Logistics based in Bradford for a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Programme Management
Delivery Management
Governance Frameworks
Supply Chain and Logistics
Stakeholder Management
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the retail however all candidates will be considered
Day to Day responsibilities
Work across the business, IT and external partners to develop, agree and execute a detailed plan
Provide Project Management skills in the overall rollout project including defining the implementation strategy, project planning, risks/issues management, stakeholder engagement, resource management, oversight of application, infrastructure, support and business readiness
Form strong working relationships with Business and IT, matrix managing teams to ensure successful execution of the implementation
Be responsible for planning and executing cutover rehearsal and back out rehearsal activities
Direct Management and accountability for their delivery of 2 Project Managers and their teams
Essential Experience
Be an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a track record of delivery
Extensive experience delivering a complex, challenging and user device focused project across 500 stores and sites
Have essential experience in Supply Chain and Logistics products
Must have excellent stakeholder management skills particularly with Senior Management
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure
Can deal with an ever changing and demanding Retail environment and works well with ambiguous and changing requirements
Can lead their teams to deliver in a challenging multi supplier environment
Experience of working in both Waterfall and Iterative delivery methodologies
Have experience of working within different governance frameworks
