Application Support - Trading - Linux/Unix Analyst

Application Support - Trading - Linux/Unix Analyst is sought to join the front office team of this major global provider of financial markets trading software and use their problem solving and analytical skills and Unix / Linux knowledge to keep their high profile trading systems working at optimal performance.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED for the Application Support - Trading - Linux/Unix Analyst role

- Good basic Unix or Linux skills (Ubuntu is a big plus)

- Excellent customer facing skills

REQUIREMENTS for the Application Support - Trading - Linux/Unix Analyst role

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- An ability to think both on your feet and also keep an eye on the long-term strategy

- An interest in the financial markets / Investment Banking / financial trading
