Location - Central London
Salary - £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits
My client a leading UK ecommerce business are actively seeking a Lead .Net Developer to join their growing development team and customer order book. As a Web Developer you will get to work with a varied tech stack which includes C#, ASP.NET, MVC, RabbitMQ, Web API, GIT, Jenkins, AngularJS and more…
This role would suit someone who has 5 + years' experience as a developer and wants to move into a lead role overseeing a small team of .net developers.
Required skills
- 5+ years commercial development experience
- Experience of working with C# & ASP.Net in a commercial environment
- MVC and Entity Framework experience.
- Web API
- JavaScript, HTML, JQuery
Tech stack
To give you a sense of what my client uses and how they work, here's a selection of tools and development approaches that they utilise. Experience in any of this is beneficial.
- Git with GitFlow.
- REST and WCF web services.
- DI with AutoFac and Unity.
- T-SQL stored procedures.
- Queues with RabbitMQ and our own solution.
- AngularJS.
- Unit and integration testing, sometimes TDD.
- NuGet, Jenkins, ReadTheDocs, Jira
A background working in an ecommerce/retail environment highly desirable.
