C++ Software Developer / Qt Framework / GUI required to join well established software development company working on products used to design machinery in engineering and industry. This role would suit a C++ Software Developer with at least 3 years of commercial experience working in a development role and experience in the full SDLC. C++ Software Developer's should also have experience in GUI development with Qt Framework and knowledge of Qt tools and modules such as Qdesigner, Qt Quick, Open GL, Webkit or Quick. You will join an existing development team based in Central London, with excellent links to tube and rail lines. Candidates should have a strong educational background with a degree (at least) in Maths, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering. Candidates with an MSc or PhD will be of particular interest if they have the relevant C++ and Qt experience. Commercial experience in the oil and gas, games programming, CFD or fluid mechanics, CAD software or gaming domains would be of interest as well. This C++ Software Developer role will work on complex software based on numerical algorithms, 3D graphics and surface modelling and is used across the world in manufacturing and engineering, a background or understanding of fluid dynamics, aeorspace physics or mechanical or automotive design would also be of interest.
