I am working on a unique opportunity for a business analyst with Dynamics CRM experience to come and work for my ambitious and already very successful client based in the Lancashire area who are looking to utilise CRM in the best possible way within the business. Having agreed a 400 user licence agreement over the next 3 years the client want to see how they can make best use of CRM within the business so the successful candidate will be solely responsible for the direction and focus of CRM within the company.

You will work with the internal customers to see what they would like CRM to be able to do and advise how they can make the best use of CRM within their area of the company. Requirement gathering to initial build right the way through to the end of the full project life-cycle will form a big part of this role, so a vision and a clear understanding of what needs to be achieved are an essential trait for the chosen candidate.

The ideal candidate will come from a support background and have a strong understanding of Customisation and Configuration, JavaScript as the role itself is essentially a bridge between tech support and Business Analyst. You will shape how CRM is used by the different users within the business and ultimately shape CRM for the company going forwards, of course as the company continues to grow you will have the opportunity to progress and learn new things as part of your ongoing development, you will however be proactive and self motivated to move your own knowledge forward and this will be something you are happy to do in order to keep moving this side of the business forwards.
