Support Analyst - Leicestershire - 3 months
My market leading client, based in Leicestershire, has an excellent new opening for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join them on an initial 3 month contract. Extensions and/or temp-to-perm options likely.
Candidates must have at least 4 years hands-on 2nd line support experience, with proven time-spent working in an enterprise level environment. Strong customer facing skills are required, as well as the ability to work with escalated tickets from the helpdesk.
Strong Wintel skills are essential with the ability to build desktops and laptops to specification; ITIL is beneficial. Whilst primarily desktop focussed, candidates may touch on some server work, also.
This role is working a normal 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
