1st Year OTE 30-40k + Uncapped Commission + Training + Progression

The job itself consists of recruiting skilled staff for the Engineering and Technical industries; a broad range of sectors including oil & gas, automotive, manufacturing, defence, powers, renewables, IT, construction, science etc. Your day will be varied and no day will be the same - some days will involve interviewing candidates, some will involve speaking with clients and others will be developing new recruitment drives for a new client
