Inside Sales/Telesales ERP Software Solutions £20k Base + OTE

I am looking for someone with Telesales/Inside Sales experience alongside ambition and drive to succeed to join my client in at their base in Sheffield. You will be working with an award winning Software Vendor and you will be given immense opportunity to improve you skills in sales and develop your career path inside a growing business within a growing industry.

Ideally, you will have experience in B2B sales over the phone or in person and have a good knowledge of both IT software solutions and the competitive landscape. You will also have developed skills within lead generation on the phone and be looking to join an organisation which has a policy of promoting from within. The commission structure is very generous at my client's organisation.

Skills required for the role:

*Lead generation experience in software sales.

*Good knowledge of ERP systems preferable (SAP, Oracle, Sage, NetSuite etc).

*Great communication skills and ability to sell on the phone.

*Motivated by money and career progress - with defined career goals.

*Experience dealing with Senior Management at SME organisations.
