Graduate Support Engineer - FinTech Trading House!

An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Support Engineer with exceptional academics and a great work ethic to join a dedicated Support team within our exciting FinTech company based in Central London.

As a Graduate Support Engineer you will be the main point of contact for our highly esteemed recognised clientbase using our award winning trading systems. You will both support the suite of software whilst also working closley with our clients to understand their needs before using technical knowledge and understanding to design solutions and implement them, alongside our industry leading development teams.

Desirable Skills for the Graduate Support Engineer are:

* A 2:1 Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a numerate subject from a Top Tier University.

* Basic technical knowledge and a desire to improve in areas such as C++, Java, SQL, Python, Shell-scripting, Linux, Windows.

* Ability to communicate confidently and concisely to both business and technical clients and colleagues.

* Excellent problem solving skills and confidence in ability to communicate solutions.

As the successful Graduate Support Engineer you will also be providing technical and business support for our client's electronic trading platform service and supporting its global client base across a range of global markets.
