Audio Software Engineer - C/C++ and Python

We are seeking an experienced Audio Software Engineer who is skilled with C/C++ and Python. You will get the opportunity to work with a small team and you will be given a clear career path with excellent salary and benefits.

The Audio Software Engineer will be a highly motivated individual able to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for developing new and existing audio applications on a variety of platforms and the programming tasks require a broad skill-set ranging from the development of user interface components through to real-time audio signal processing and assembler. You will work with the rest of the team to share acoustical experiments and critical listening to assess the performance of the products.

Skills required by the Audio Software Engineer:

A degree including significant software engineering modules.

A minimum of 3 years experience and a detailed knowledge of C/C++ and Python. Other languages that would be beneficial include Matlab, Java and C#.

A strong knowledge of audio signal processing from and industrial or academic background.

A minimum of 2 years experience developing applications for Windows. A keen interest in mobile app development in Android or iOS would be useful.

An ability to listen critically to audio content, demonstrated through a formal or informal background in music or audio.
