an experienced and enthusiastic Web Developer / Ruby on Rails Developer is require for a innovative and growing software business in London. It's an ideal opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a mature, collaborative environment where you can be involved in the full development life cycle on Greenfield projects with new technologies.

The programming responsibility will focus on Front End Ruby on Rails; however experience with other languages will be beneficial and/or Full Stack development.

The development team is made up of mostly experienced Developers, however support can be provided for Junior-Mid-level candidates with 2yrs+ commercial Ruby/RoR development experience looking to take a step up and join a growing team where they can progress.

Key experience required;

* Commercial development with Ruby on Rails, 2years+ is essential

* A proactive attitude towards their work and desire to learn and improve

* Strong problem solving skills

* Excellent communicator, happy liaising with all levels of the business

* Agile / SCRUM understanding

Desirable;

* Java programming an advantage

* JavaScript, Node.js or similar is an advantage
