IT contracts Administrator - Swindon

Join this multinational energy consortium and oversee, manage and administer all their contract staff.

We are looking for an IT Contract Administrator to join our Vendor Management team, either in the UK or in Germany, for a fixed-term period of 12 months. You will be working in a highly motivated, diverse and multi-national team providing support for various IT functions and multiple stakeholders both within and outside the company. The role offers potential for working across a wide range of activities as a stepping stone for further development.

Key tasks will include:

- Invoice Management (incoming and outgoing), raising purchase requisitions in SAP or related/relevant and be fully trained on SAP) and e.va System

- Support and conduct Contract Extensions, resolving supplier related issues and escalation, ensuring a high level of customer service

- Dealing with Vendor Management requests & Supporting Vendor Management Team

- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners, in potentially sensitive situations, with short deadlines (such as procurement, Team Leads, Supplier representatives and others)

- Ensuring periodically administrative activities like months/quarter end activities are prepared and conducted in a timely manner

- Take responsibility for management reporting. This would include regular reporting to team lead, ITL, customer

- Initiate improvements that are process, system related within the Vendor Management area

Your profile:

- Possess a self-starter mentality with a "can do" attitude - proactive with high level of self-motivation

- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

- Know how to use SAP, preferably MM module (advantageous), knowledge of procurement and sourcing life-cycle advantageous

- Relationship building - establishing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external parties

- Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible in an ever-changing environment

- Team Player - ability to work well in a team as well as on own initiative

- Good written and spoken English language skills, good and clear communication skills
