£35'000 to £40'000 + Training + Progression + Pension + 33 Days Holiday

This company are a world leader in what they do, operating in over 30 countries with a headcount of over 40'000. Through impressive continued growth they are now looking to add a new Mechanical Engineer to their team.

In this role you will focus upon project work, as the company focus on upgrading their machinery you will spend a lot of your time on PPM. The work pattern is a 4 week rolling shift Monday to Friday 6-2, 8-4, 2-10, 10-6. You would also be required to work 1 weekend in 4.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background with some hydraulic and pneumatic skills. Experience working in a FMCG or packaging environment would also be beneficial.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a company that is offering a financially attractive position, where they pride themselves on technically developing and progressing their staff.

The Role:

*Planned preventative maintenance

*Project work to improve equipment

*Mechanical fault finding and repair

*4 week rolling shift pattern Monday to Friday

The Person:

* Experienced Mechanical Engineer / Fitter

*Come from a manufacturing background

*FMCG or Packaging beneficial

*Hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical skills all beneficial
