Fantastic opportunity for a qualified Mechanical Design Engineer to establish themselves within a niche business that will offer you a varied and challenging role.
The company, specialist manufacturers of valves and pressure equipment for the oil and gas industry require a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their highly skilled and motivated team.
In this role you will understand client's requirements, produce new design drawings and develop new products. You will expand the company's existing core products. You will overlook the project from cradle to grave ensuring completion is on time and to specification.
Excellent opportunity to work for a company which naturally you will have an invested interest in, whilst designing bespoke parts for manufacturer in a varied and autonomous role.
The Role;
*Produce manufacture drawings
*Expand core products
*Introduce new product designs
*Assisting with quotations
The Person;
*Mechanical Design Engineer
*Conversant with Solidworks
*Conversant with AutoCAD
*Able to work within timescales
*Oil & gas background - highly desirable
