Solutions Architect (Scientific & Manufacturing)

For our client Pharma company, we are looking for a Solution Architect who will be working for the Global MES & Serialization team in the Global Solution Center - Manufacturing IT supporting Pharma Global Technical Operations.

Skills:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Incident management and problem management:

- Troubleshooting and investigation of application issues, which cannot be resolved by the L2 Support.

Change management:

- Preparation, discussion and processing of change requests coming from the sites to improve efficiency, functionality and reliability.

Support:

* Assisting in investigations and information requests from the Supply Chain organization

* Global testing and documentation activities

* Specific, scheduled site activities on-demand/by on-call duty within and out of office hours

* Best practices together with site: Review and optimize the fit between the software functionality and the Process

* Conduct Trainings

* Help sites to follow the global standards

Must Haves:

Process knowledge (+4 years):

* Good understanding of the Shop Floor Serialization Business process

* At least basic understanding of the Serialization-relevant Supply Chain process

System knowledge (+3 years):

* Experience with Shop floor Track and Trace systems

* SQL knowledge

Support and Communication:

* Proven record of working in a global virtual support team

* Analytical thinking

* Experience in resolving issues in a technically complex system

* Ability to communicate with our colleagues and internal customers from all over the world

* Proactive mindset

* Structured mindset to detect and improve shortfalls in working processes and Rs&Rs

* Fluent in English (written and spoken)

* Fluent in German (written and spoken)

Nice to Haves:

* Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry

* Preferably experience with Laetus and/or OPAL track & trace solutions

* MES Experience (Manufacturing Execution System)
