Siebel Incident Manager Analyst

Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne

Travel: Possibility for travel to client sites throughout the UK

Qualifications

What skills & experience are we looking for?

Good Understanding of Siebel Configuration / EAI.

Good Analytical Skills.

Basic understanding of R-DBMS concept

Experience of Build / Production Support

Desirable:

Experience of performing Siebel upgrades (Siebel 8.1.1.10 to IP2015)

Configuration of Open UI within the Siebel Application
